The complimentary malt whisky on arrival was a good touch! The staff were consistently excellent, cheerful, and professional. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with a good variety of options. Parking was convenient, and the room was super clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is just at the top of Hope Street, a short and easy walk to the city centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with wooden windows that open fully for proper ventilation. The breakfast is of superior quality, with fresh cut fruit, porridge, and fresh baked rolls. The hotel also has a small bar and offers free whisky upon check-in.
The noise from the road outside can be a bit disruptive at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Glasgow. The location was perfect, as it was in the centre of town and within easy walking distance of everything. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the experience was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location was perfect for exploring the sights I wanted to see in the city, just a short walk away from the city centre, the theatre, and a lovely old building next to a museum. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for my stay, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave excellent service, making me feel very welcome. The garden furniture and terrace were great to relax on after a long day of exploring, and the dining restaurant had a great selection of food, with special diet menus available.
This hotel would be a great choice for families looking for a comfortable stay.
